Palit GeForce GTX1060 Dual 6GB GPU
Palit GeForce GTX 1060 Dual is built with “dual fan” and is loaded with innovative gaming technologies, making it the perfect choice for the advanced high-definition games. Powered by NVIDIA Pascal – the advanced GPU architecture – the GeForce GTX 1060 delivers brilliant performance, that opens the door to virtual reality and beyond.
- Honeycomb bracket
The design of honeycomb bracket increases airflow, allowing the heat, generated from GPU, to be exhausted via the honeycomb design bracket. This enables more efficient cooling effects.
- Dual fan
A dual fan design offers encreased cooling performance, and combined with the smart fans, heat is effectively drawn away from hot spots.
With its HDMI and DisplayPort ports, the Palit provides a flawless, jaw-dropping experience at dual 4K monitors.
DrMOS offers high current circuits, low-noise operation, and effective reduction of heat generating.

Palit GeForce GTX1060 Dual 6GB review
Brand new videocard from NVIDIA, which is meant to compete with AMD Radeon RX480. As in case with GTX1070 and 1080 this card is also based on Pascal architecture. technically it is 1080 divided by 2. Less TMUs, less ROPs, Shader processors and etc. From older brothers it got crazy frequencies – more then 2000 Mhz in overclock mode.
Palit GeForce GTX1060 Dual 6GB is the lightest version of GTX1060 by Palit (excluding Founders Edition, of course). It has very low price, especially here at CU minus VAT. It is equal to RX480 reference card!
The power consumption is amazing. Under fullest 100% load this Palit GeForce GTX1060 Dual 6GB consumes only 120W! This is even less than GTX970 or RX480 based on 14 nm technology.
Moreover, the performance is also outstanding. It is even faster than GTX980! No need to talk about RX480 or GTX970. Moreover, here you have 6GB of VRAM, that means it will not be limited by memory in application required more than 4 GB of VRAM.
Add here rather good overclocking potential – more than 2000Mhz at core and more than 9000Mhz at bus – and you will have decent performance with low power consumption at very reasonable price!
The only drawback is narrow bus – 192 bit (however, now even in 1440p the bus is not some kind of limitation) and lack of SLI-support. However, as i always say, it is better to have one faster card (for instance, GTX1080) than two less powerful cards in SLI.
